Why people train here

STRENGTH FOR BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT

Bored with the gym? Want to feel safe and ready? Looking for something to do with your teen? This class is all three.

Fitness as stewardship

Build stamina, flexibility, and strength while caring for the body God has given you.

Self-defense and awareness

Learn to stay aware, de-escalate, and defend yourself with control, using your skills only when you need them.

Stress relief

Hard work, focused breathing, and good people. Leave class clearer and calmer than you came in.

TEENS AND ADULTS QUESTIONS

I'm out of shape. Can I still start?

Yes. Coaches scale every drill to where you are, and you will get stronger week by week.

Can a parent and teen train together?

Absolutely. It is one of our favorite things to see.

Is there sparring?

Yes. No one spars until they are ready, and we build every student up to it step by step. Sparring is always controlled, with gloves and gear, and a coach is right there watching.
