✓ 12 weeks, ending in certification

✓ Coaches invite students who are ready

More than how to teach

WHAT LEADERSHIP TEAM STUDENTS LEARN

Every week opens with a faith foundation from Scripture, moves into an honest conversation, and ends with hands-on coaching skills.

Teach and lead

Communication, our six principles of teaching, safety, building a positive class, resolving conflict, and writing their own class outline and lesson plan.

Share their faith

Why evangelism matters, how to share the gospel clearly and kindly, and how to live it out on the mat, at school, and at home. Every graduate must be able to share their faith.

Abide in Christ

Discipleship and personal spiritual habits like prayer and time in the Word, so their leadership flows from a real, growing friendship with Jesus.
